What We Offer
Applies ionizing radiation to the patient in accordance with the prescription and instructions of the Radiation Oncologist. In addition to the duties of the Radiation Therapist I:
Serves as a Super User for technology, Preceptor for new employees, providing training and mentorship, performs both CT and treatment procedures with a high level of proficiency, involved in HDR QA or specialized treatment protocols, demonstrates expertise in Vision
RT, Simulation/IV Contrast, and new treatment devices or protocols, engages in at least 1 presentation/proposal to radiation leadership/physicians annually on cost savings, patient safety, or efficiency, ensuring that their ideas are heard and implemented, leads by example, promoting employee satisfaction through active involvement in process improvements.

High School or GED, required. - Experience
:
Three years, required. As a radiation therapist, including expertise in CT procedures, HDR QA, or other relevant specialized treatment protocols. - Licensure/Certification
: ARRT in Radiation Oncology, required. - Additional Skills/Requirements (required):
Ability to successfully complete generic and department‑specific skills validation and competency testing.
