Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Correctional Facility Opportunity
Are you a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) looking for a fresh start? Cell Staff partners with correctional facilities across the state to place talented professionals like YOU!
- Full-Time | Contract
- 8-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide rehabilitative mental health services to offenders
- Facilitate group activities, psychoeducation, and individual support
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams
- Monitor progress and help offenders work toward treatment goals
- Document services and maintain clinical records
Requirements:
- Active LCSW license (in good standing) for the state
- 1+ year of relevant experience
- Strong communication, assessment, and crisis intervention skills
