About the Role

Carolina Therapeutics, PLLC is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for its growing in‑home and clinic‑based ABA therapy practice in the Outer Banks of North Carolina.

We provide speech‑language pathology, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and ABA therapy services in and around greater Charlotte, NC, Fort Mill, SC, Rock Hill, SC, Greenville, NC, and the Outer Banks.

• Provide direct therapy to children on the autism spectrum under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

• Have or be working toward a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Be willing to commit to a minimum of 20 hours of direct therapy per week.
• Hold a Registered Behavior Technician certificate.
• Prior RBT experience is preferred.
