We offer free Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification with a 100% success rate, and you’ll be paid for your training. Our team thrives on long-term relationships, and many of our staff have been with us for over a decade.

• Meaningful Work:
  Work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and support their development.
• Growth Opportunities:
  Free BCBA supervision, $10,000 tuition reimbursement for BCBA certification, and a motivation work environment.

• Implement and maintain ABA Therapy best practices.
• Work directly with children with ASD.
• Engage parents in therapy sessions.
• Bring a positive attitude and passion for working with children.

• Reliable transportation.
• BLS certification.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and engage in physical activities with children.
• Complete RBT training to become certified.

• Job Type: Part-time (with advancement opportunities).
• Salary: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour, plus a $900 milestone bonus.
• Schedule:
  
  Monday to Friday (must have Saturday availability to make up time).
• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience:
  
  1 year working with children required.
• License/Certification:
  Driver’s License required.
