Child Autism Therapist (Bachelors Degree Required)

Action Behavior Centers seeks caring individuals to provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy to children with autism, ages 18 months to 8 years. The role involves following personalized treatment plans, collecting session data, and creating a safe, engaging learning environment.

• Conduct play‑based ABA therapy sessions with children 18 months to 8 years old.
• Follow individualized treatment plans and record session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands‑on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on child growth and success.

• At least 18 years old.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and frequently sit, stand, crouch, and move on/off the floor.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Experience or background in childcare, education, or behavioral health is a plus.

• Guaranteed full‑time hours (Mon‑Fri 8am‑5pm, optional Saturdays).
• Paid training and full reimbursement for RBT certification.
