We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our pediatric clinic. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily clinic operations, including patient scheduling, billing, and administrative tasks
  • Supervise and support administrative staff, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers to facilitate patient care and clinic activities
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and privacy laws
  • Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly
  • Oversee inventory management of medical supplies and office equipment
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction

    Assist with financial management, including billing, coding, and insurance claims processing
  • Oversee staff training, performance evaluations, and team development initiatives

Skills and Qualifications
