We specialize in delivering high-quality, in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our dedicated team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs) collaborates closely with families to provide personalized, evidence-based support tailored to each child's unique needs.

Key Responsibilities- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
- Provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD.
- Collect and record data on client progress by using electronic data collection software
- Work with the supervising BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
- Ongoing communication with parents to review and monitor the client s progress.
- Develop/create teaching materials and visuals
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
