Clinical Nutrition Manager II - Healthcare

Location: Nags Head

Sodexo is seeking a dynamic Registered Dietitian to join our team as a Clinical Nutrition Manager at Outer Banks Health, a 25-bed critical access hospital located in the beautiful coastal community of Nags Head, North Carolina.

This is a unique opportunity for an independent clinician who enjoys autonomy and variety in their role. As the sole Dietitian on-site, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality nutrition care across both inpatient and outpatient settings.

* You'll oversee daily nutrition services, drive program excellence, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care. In this position, you'll ensure regulatory compliance, manage clinical operations, and support both team development and client satisfaction while making a meaningful impact on health outcomes.

Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Progression within Career Band reflects acquisition of broad technical expertise, business and industry knowledge, and process and people leadership capabilities.

** Pay Range:**  $74290 per year - $115500 per year

** Requirements*
* + Education Requirement:

+ Master's degree in nutrition, dietetics, or related field with required coursework and supervised practice per ACEND guidelines

+ OR, for those eligible prior to 1/1/2024:
Bachelor's degree meeting ACEND requirements.

+ Credentials Requirement:

+ Meets eligibility for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) via CDR and will become registered within 120 days of hire

+ Must meet state licensure/certification requirements at time of hire where applicable.
