Amivie - - Responsibilities:
Provide Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) as assigned in the care plan;
Work in the home and perform tasks such as bathing, dressing, mobility, toileting, eating, cooking, cleaning, shopping, transportation, escort, companionship as assigned;
Report deviations in an individual's functional or medical condition to the RN Field Supervisor and follow the approved service plan;
Be present for supervisory visits by the RN Field Supervisor and maintain time/attendance via timesheets or EVV;
Advocate for individuals needing other community services or higher levels of care
