Breastfeeding support and lactation support experience
Description:
This position requires a nurse with specialized experience in Labor and Delivery. The nurse will be responsible for caring for patients undergoing labor and delivery processes. The unit operates under a couplet care model with a ratio of 1:4. The position includes weekend and call requirements. Nurses will be floating to assist other units. Experience with fetal monitoring and breastfeeding assistance is essential.
Candidates should have a strong understanding of postpartum care and protocols. The facility conducts approximately 800 births per year. Knowledge of EPIC for documentation is preferred.
