We are seeking a dedicated and goal-driven BCaBA looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism and their families.
The position includes responsibilities such as treatment implementation support, in-person clinical supervision support, parent collaboration, client observations, treatment plan implementation monitoring, and team meetings. Our services are delivered in-home, in daycares, and in schools across North Carolina

Compensation:
$45.00 - $70.00 per hour contingent on experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation and monitoring of individualized treatment plans developed by supervising BCBAs.
- Provide in-person clinical supervision support and observations of RBTs to promote ethical and effective care.
- Collaborate with BCBAs regarding client progress, treatment implementation, and clinical recommendations.
- Participate in parent training and caregiver collaboration as directed by supervising BCBAs.
- Attend team meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care.
- Work across home, daycare, and school settings to provide seamless support to clients.
- Maintain accurate documentation and timely completion of required clinical records.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB guidelines, state regulations, payer requirements, and company policies.
Qualifications
:
- Active BCaBA Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Bachelor's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Experience supporting treatment implementation, supervision, and parent collaboration preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with a dedication to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within assigned service areas.
- Passion for creating positive outcomes for children with autism and their families through compassionate and effective care.
- Bilingual A Plus, though not required!
- Must have North Carolina licensure or be in process to obtain North Carolina licensure!
