Position Summary:
Travel to multiple skilled nursing facilities and be responsible for:
- Educating nursing staff to monitor and assess pulmonary status.
- Develop and implement respiratory programs to treat acute/chronic illness.
- Review resident's plan of care for appropriateness.
- Collaborate with rehab staff, physician, and nurses to improve care.
- Be responsible for continuous nursing education and managing each facility's respiratory program.
