Ultrasound Tech/Sonographer

Seeking an experienced Ultrasound Tech/Sonographer to join the Imaging team. Candidates must have RDMS and RVT registries. It is essential to possess level 2 OB experience as well as general ultrasound skills. The unit consists of 2 techs during the day at the hospital and 1 tech in the outpatient office. Equipment used includes Logic E10, Voluson Expert 22, and Trophons.

Documentation is handled through Cerner and Philips PACS. Scheduling requires flexibility to work either from 07:00-15:30 or 08:30-17:00. The position requires floating between the hospital and outpatient office. Advanced OB experience is a requirement for one traveler. Procedures performed include paras, thoras, and biopsies (nurse assisted). Staff will work with a new hospital setting established in September 2022. The department is recognized for having great equipment and a supportive team.
