Woodbury Wellness Center is currently seeking compassionate and driven candidates for our entry level Personal Care Assistant / Resident Care Liaison positions. This a non-medical support and hospitality staff position for our skilled nursing and assisted living campus. The keys to success in this position are:

• Assisting residents with personal care needs
• Helping keep rooms neat, organized, and tidy
• Passing ice, meals, and snacks to residents
• Assisting in bed making, emptying trash
• Assisting residents in group activities
• Other various duties as assigned by supervisor

• 18 years of age or older (16-18 may apply for part-time positions)
• Ability to work with any staff, Physician, visitor, vendor, resident, and family member regardless of race, gender, disease process, lifestyle, religious, spiritual or cultural beliefs, or treatment
• Attend facility mandatory in-services/staff meetings as posted/scheduled.
• Complete facility mandatory competencies in a timely manner
• Covid vaccine or religious/medical exemption (Required)

• PCA Certificate, Previous CNA Certification, or entry into our on-campus PCA Certification program
