Physical Therapy Assistant, LTAC specialty in Siler City, North Carolina. Start date 08/26/2026 for a 13-week travel assignment. • Implement and monitor a prescribed physical therapy plan of care under supervision of a licensed PT.
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance activities, range of motion, and strengthening programs.
• Support functional activities of daily living and mobility, including transfers and use of assistive devices as appropriate.
• Document patient progress, goals, and any changes in the electronic medical record; communicate with the supervising PT and interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain patient safety, infection control, and equipment safety during therapy sessions.

• Current Physical Therapy Assistant license in North Carolina or eligibility to obtain licensure in NC.
• BLS certification (or as required by facility policy).
• Ability to work in a LTAC/long-term care rehabilitation setting.
• Travel assignment eligibility and willingness to commit to a 13-week temporary placement.
• 1 year of PTA experience in rehabilitation settings preferred.
