Signature HealthCARE of Roanoke Rapids is seeking a dedicated Staff Development Coordinator to lead training and education for the nursing department, driving resident-centered care and regulatory compliance through focused in-service programs and competency checks.
The ideal candidate is a Registered Nurse with a current state license, at least three years of clinical experience in health care (long-term care preferred), and an active CPR certification. On-call required.
