As a BT, you will play a crucial role in providing one-on-one Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy to children in their home setting, empowering them to reach their full potential. • Providing one-on-one ABA therapy to children in their home setting, implementing treatment and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) with fidelity under BCBA supervision
• Utilizing ABA techniques such as positive reinforcement, shaping, and natural environment teaching (NET) to support skill development in communication, social, play, adaptive, and academic domains
• Collecting accurate data on client progress during every session and submitting same-day SOAP notes
• Collaborating and maintaining clear communication with BCBAs, families, and team members to ensure seamless care
• Protecting client dignity, privacy, and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA and adhering to BACB Ethics Code for RBTs only and company policies
• Participating in ongoing training and supervision as required

• Ability to work Monday-Friday 4pm-8pm and/or Weekends: 9am-2pm (you can choose to do both time frames or only one weekdays/weekend)
