The Geo Group - - Responsibilities:
Manage the overall operations of a facility's healthcare operations and ensure adherence to healthcare policies and contractual obligations;
Monitor and manage the health services budget and seek operating efficiencies;
Serve as a liaison between facility staff, contracting agencies, and compliance entities on healthcare matters;
Ensure appropriate licensure and credentialing for healthcare personnel and maintain compliance with accreditation standards (NCCHC, ACA, and/or TJC);
Direct supervision of staff and contract providers, including hiring, performance evaluations, training, and disciplinary actions
