Pine Acres Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a Per Diem Occupational Therapist to support residents in a long-term care setting. You will evaluate functional abilities, plan and implement therapy to improve independence and safety, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
Strong communication, clinical judgment, and the ability to work independently in a flexible per diem role are essential. NC licensure is required, with prior SNF/rehabilitation experience preferred.
