Victorian Senior Care - - Responsibilities:
Provide assistance to residents with activities of daily living as needed according to Care Plan (toileting, ambulation, eating, transferring, bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, etc.);
Assist and teach the resident self-help skills with activities of daily living to maximize independence;
Perform personal care tasks based on training criteria; after completion of the 45-hour course perform basic personal care tasks;
If the 80-hour course is completed, perform special health related tasks with doctor's orders and RN approval;
Respond to hand bell or signaling calls and assist residents with transportation when indicated by ED/Administrator
