Victorian Senior Care - - Responsibilities:
Provide assistance to residents with activities of daily living as needed according to Care Plan (toileting, ambulation, eating, transferring, bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, etc.);
Assist and teach the resident self-help skills with activities of daily living to maximize independence;
Assist residents with transportation when indicated by ED/Administrator;
Assist the Activities Coordinator in carrying out planned activities;
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation as required in resident services, such as progress notes and changes in condition
