Position Summary

Job Summary
- Performs laboratory procedures using established and approved protocols that require moderate to broad exercise of independent judgment and responsibility.
- Medical Laboratory Technicians or Medical Laboratory Scientists perform a broad range of laboratory procedures or may be specialized in areas of blood banking, chemistry, hematology, immunology, microbiology and laboratory send out reference testing
Job Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor Degree in applied science for medical laboratory technology, biology, chemistry, or related science with a year of clinical training in an accredited school of medical technology.
- Must be registered by a nationally recognized certification agency or registry eligible. Active certification preferred.
