Coastal Horizons Center in Rocky Point, NC is seeking a Case Manager for Medication Assisted Treatment to support the Opioid Treatment Program. You will assist in coordinating clinical care, maintain ethical documentation, review treatment plans, and facilitate group therapy under supervision.
Early morning hours are required, and you will engage in interdisciplinary team meetings, monitor patient attendance and urine drug screens, and advocate for services to reduce barriers to participation.
