We are seeking a dedicated and goal-driven BCBA looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism and their families.
The position includes responsibilities such as treatment planning
, remote or in-person
clinical supervision
, parent training
, assessments and team meetings
. Our services are delivered in-home, in daycares, and in schools across North Carolina, Georgi, and Arizona, providing flexibility and opportunities to connect with clients in their everyday environments.

- $90.00 - $115.00 per hour contingent on experience

- Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans tailored to client goals.
- Provide remote or in-person clinical supervision to RBTs, ensuring ethical and effective care.
- Conduct remote or in-person parent training sessions.
- Attend team meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care.
- Work across home, daycare, and school settings to provide seamless support to clients.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB guidelines, and company policies.
- Active BCBA Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Experience in treatment planning, supervision, and parent training preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with a dedication to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism.
- Passion for creating positive outcomes for children with autism and their families through compassionate and effective care.
- Bilingual A Plus, though not required!
- Must have North Carolina LBA or be in process to obtain North Carolina LBA!
