Job Title: PRN Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and design individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs, BTs, and ABATs to ensure fidelity of ABA interventions.
• Provide direct therapy sessions when needed.
• Train caregivers, families, and staff in behavior management strategies.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on data-driven outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with BACB/ QBA standards and North Carolina regulations.

• Current BCBA/ QBA certification (At least 2yrs relevant experience required).
• Master's degree in applied Behavior Analyst / Qualifies Behavior Analyst, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Experience in ABA therapy and supervision of behavior technicians.
