Bachelor's degree in a clinical discipline (RN, PT, OT, SLP, SW) or Healthcare Management Master's Degree preferred Active state clinical license (RN, PT, OT, SLP, SW, etc.) Minimum 3 years of Rehabilitation leadership or administrative experience Strong operational leadership within acute care or rehabilitation settings Experience managing multidisciplinary rehabilitation teams Knowledge of regulatory, accreditation, and quality improvement standards Strong financial, budgeting, staffing, and performance management experience Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Key ResponsibilitiesDirect daily rehabilitation department operations. Lead Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and other rehabilitation services. Manage department budgets and financial performance. Ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance. Recruit, mentor, and develop rehabilitation staff. Drive quality improvement and patient satisfaction initiatives. Monitor productivity and departmental KPIs. Develop strategic growth initiatives for rehabilitation programs. Collaborate with physicians and executive leadership. Maintain clinical excellence and evidence-based practices.
Ensure compliance with state licensing and healthcare regulations.

Budgeting and financial management experience. Quality improvement and regulatory compliance experience. Experience leading rehabilitation growth initiatives.
