• Implement individualized behavior plans under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA)
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
• Assist with creating and modifying behavior plans to meet client needs
• Maintain a safe and organized treatment environment
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry best practices
