Tink Bird Healthcare Staffing is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider with a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Whitakers, North Carolina. This opportunity offers an outpatient-only practice serving an underserved patient population within a mission-driven healthcare organization.

Providers will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with strong clinical support while delivering comprehensive primary care across the lifespan.

• Very light after-hours telephonic call
• Calls are first triaged by experienced RN staff
• Provider contacted only for urgent situations or documentation clarification

• Clinics are closed on major holidays.

• Expected Schedule
• Monday through Friday coverage
• Five days per week preferred
• Open to 3-4 consecutive day schedules
• Lunch Break: 1 hour

• FNP or PA-C
• Minimum 2+ years of experience preferred
• Willingness to see 16-18 patients per day
• Meet quality metrics for preventive and chronic disease management

• Fast credentialing turnaround
• Credentialing with major payors supported
• Prior Medicare/Medicaid enrollment not required but preferred
