Amivie - - Responsibilities:
Assist individuals with goal completion as documented in the individualized support plan;
Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs); e.g., bathing, grooming, toileting, feeding, meal preparation;
Safely transport individuals in company or personal vehicles and accompany to community activities;
Complete documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) timely;
