Fusion Medical - - Responsibilities:
Assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance functional independence;
Set up therapy equipment and treatment areas and ensure devices are calibrated, clean, and ready for patient sessions;
Guide patients through prescribed exercises and activities, providing hands-on assistance as needed;
Observe patient performance, document progress, and report changes to the supervising Physical Therapist;
Instruct patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices
