Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Giving Growth Therapy

At Giving Growth Therapy, we are dedicated to helping children and families thrive through compassionate, evidence-based care. We're seeking Registered Behavior Technicians(RBT)'s who are passionate about making a difference and growing in their careers.

• Provide 1:1 support to children in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect accurate data and track progress.
• Communicate with families and supervisors on learner progress.
• Participate in training and maintain RBT certification.
• Work directly within Central Reach for session notes and treatment plans.

• RBT certification
• CPR certification
• Passion for working with children; experience with autism a plus.
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record.
• Experience with Central Reach is a plus

• $25-$28/hour
