$30.75 (prov) – $33.16 (full)/hr.

Mobile Engagement Team Lead (TL) supports the Mobile Engagement Director to ensure the Mobile Engagement Program in assigned areas functions with high quality and consistency. MET services provide evaluation/assessment, diagnostic, and crisis intervention services in a high‑intensity clinical environment that requires a high degree of independent decision‑making by the TL in consultation with the Director. The TL provides on‑call services on a regularly scheduled basis and assists the Director in collaborating with Managed Care Organizations and stakeholders to maintain 24/7/365 Mobile Engagement Team (MET) services.

• Provide regularly scheduled MET services in assigned area(s).
• Mentor assigned MET staff through case consultation, new employee orientation, and training to increase clinical effectiveness, productivity, and therapeutic skills.
• Deliver in‑service training, clinical education programs, and best‑practice training to staff.
• Oversee the collection and submission of supplemental payments and participate in agency‑wide training programs and in‑services.
• Assist with the development, use, analysis, and feedback of clinical performance measurement indicators, processes, and audits.
• Ensure all paperwork, billing tickets, and documentation are completed in a timely manner.
• Maintain strict compliance with all professional standards, Medicaid and Medicare regulations, and agency policies and procedures.
• Assist in evaluating the performance of consumer services and the individual performance of other MET staff.
• Participate in the selection and hiring of staff and schedule staff to ensure 24/7 shift coverage, including covering open shifts.
• Attend community meetings, train community partners, and complete data records for programs outside the normal MET services to increase MET assistance within Daymark’s served counties such as PORT, First Responder, Hospital discharge, and LEA programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Provide on‑site clinical consultation to all Mobile Engagement staff.

Must demonstrate at least 1 year of experience providing crisis care in assertive outreach, assertive community treatment, emergency departments, inpatient units, or other comprehensive emergency/crisis services. Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution. Three to five years of clinical practice experience. Must be licensed or certified in the Area of Practice, such as Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Psychological Associate, Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Substance Abuse Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Practicing Psychologist, or a related human services licensure or certification.

Licensed or certified in one of the following professional fields:
Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Psychological Associate, Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Substance Abuse Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Practicing Psychologist, or related human services license or certification. In addition to educational and licensing requirements, the candidate should possess strong clinical, supervisory, and organizational skills, with a commitment to high‑quality service delivery in a fast‑paced, emergency environment.
