Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) - Fairmont, NC

At Yes ABA Therapy, we are dedicated to providing evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Behavioral Technician to join our team in Fairmont, North Carolina.

About the Role

As a Registered Behavioral Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and development of our clients. You will work closely with our experienced clinicians and families to implement ABA programs, build skills, and promote positive behavior change. Responsibilities
  • Implement ABA programs designed to promote skill acquisition, behavior reduction, and social skills development

  • Assist clinicians in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and tracking progress

  • Collaborate with families and clinicians to identify and address key concerns and goals

  • Use behavioral analytics and data-driven decision-making to inform treatment strategies

  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in ABA therapy

Requirements
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or a degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, special education) a plus
