Join Pyramid Healthcare’s Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACTT) and provide life‑changing support to individuals with serious mental illness and co‑occurring substance use disorders—all within the community. This is not a desk job—you’ll meet clients where they are and help drive real recovery outcomes.

• Deliver community‑based SUD treatment in homes and local settings
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy
• Complete LOCAs, pre‑authorizations, and clinical documentation
• Develop treatment plans, NCTOPPs, and discharge/aftercare plans
• Collaborate with families, referral sources, and ACTT team members
• Provide crisis support and participate in on‑call rotation
• Attend team meetings and ongoing trainings

• LCAS(A) or CADC (Required)
• Must meet Qualified Professional (QP) status per NC regulations
• Valid North Carolina driver’s license + ability to travel locally
• Ability to obtain additional licensure within 90 days (if applicable)
