CNA - Weekend Morning Shift

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for weekend home care services, providing direct patient care in clients' residences.

• Assisting with personal hygiene, mobility, and transfers
• Providing basic nursing care and prescribed exercises under supervision
• Preparing meals aligned with client preferences and dietary needs
• Offering companionship and engaging in activities tailored to individual interests
• Performing light housekeeping duties and maintaining accurate records
• Monitoring and reporting changes in clients' physical or psychosocial conditions
• Adhering to the Plan of Care and completing tasks via EVV system
• Ensuring patient confidentiality, respecting patient rights, and reporting concerns or abuse

• Current certification with DFS
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Effective communication skills
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, and stand for extended periods
• Compassionate attitude toward patient care
