CNA - Weekend Morning Shift

Seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for home care services, specializing in weekend shifts from 08:00 AM to 2:0 PM.Key Responsibilities Include

• Providing direct patient care, including personal hygiene, repositioning, ambulation, and basic nursing tasks as instructed.
• Assisting with meal preparation tailored to client preferences and dietary needs.
• Offering companionship and engaging in activities suited to individual interests.
• Performing light housekeeping duties and maintaining accurate care records.
• Monitoring and reporting changes in the client's physical or psychosocial condition.
• Adhering to the Plan of Care, completing tasks via EVV app, and respecting patient confidentiality and privacy.
• Supporting client independence within their abilities and following all safety protocols.

• Current certification with DFS.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Effective communication skills, including reading, writing, and following directions.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, perform bending, and standing tasks.
• A compassionate attitude toward patient care.

This role requires dependable, adaptable individuals willing to travel within designated areas, providing quality home care services in clients' residences.
