Provide excellent customer service and complete a variety of duties associated with daily operations of the physician practice. Greets patients, visitors, physicians, and employees in a pleasant manner both over the telephone and face-to-face. Checks patients in and out, obtains insurance information and completes filing.

  High school diploma or equivalent
• Preferred Experience:
  
  One year experience in a customer service role or healthcare setting. Experience working with practice management software including scheduling, registration, billing and medical record
