Job Summary:

Galaxy ABA NC LLC, a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, is seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Moyock, NC! As an RBT, you will work one-on-one with children in home, school, or community settings, implementing skill-building and behavior-reduction plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). With a passion for making a difference in the lives of children with developmental disabilities, you'll join a dynamic team that prioritizes kindness, respect, and positive experiences.

• Work one-on-one with children in home, school, or community settings
• Implement skill-building and behavior-reduction plans designed by a BCBA
• Use play-based, child-led approaches to make therapy fun and engaging
• Collect data on client progress and complete session documentation
• Collaborate with supervisors, parents, and team members
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and professional environment

• High school diploma (required);
  Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field (preferred)
• Completion of 40‑hour RBT training (or willingness to complete before starting, provided by Galaxy ABA)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical ability to engage in active play, lift up to 40 lbs, and ensure client safety
• Ability to pass background checks and provide CPR, HIPAA, and TB clearance (support provided)

• Hourly rate: $22 - $32 hourly
