We currently have an opportunity for a Director of Social Work. We are looking for new team members who desire to make a difference in the long-term care arena and to positively touch lives. Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work or other human services areas such as sociology, special education, rehabilitation counseling or psychology;state-issued credential (LSW, LCSW, etc)
  • At least two years of experience in long term care
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in completion of MDS, CAA and CP, BIMS and PHQ9
  • Strong organizational skills as evidenced by the ability to multi-task
  • Have compassion for the elderly and for their families
  • Proven ability to work in a team environment
  • Demonstrated investigation skills related to customer complaints and other resident concerns
  • Competency in electronic charting, Point Click Care  preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
