Weekend CNA - Part Time

Position:
Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) for home care services, working on Saturdays and Sundays from 08:00 AM to 2:00 PM.Responsibilities Include

• Providing direct patient care, including personal hygiene, mobility assistance, and basic nursing tasks as directed by healthcare professionals.
• Assisting with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation to promote patient comfort and safety.
• Preparing meals considering client preferences and special diets.
• Offering companionship and engaging in activities tailored to individual needs.
• Performing light housekeeping duties and maintaining accurate records of care provided.
• Monitoring and reporting changes in patient condition, adhering to the care plan, and using EVV systems for documentation.
• Ensuring patient confidentiality, respecting privacy, and following all safety protocols, including reporting abuse or neglect.

• Current certification with DFS.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to read, write, and follow instructions.
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting and standing.
• Compassionate attitude toward patient care.

Dependability, adaptability, teamwork, and adherence to safety and privacy standards. The role involves physical tasks and requires travel within a designated area.
