Healthcare Admin Manager

We are seeking a dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to serve as a Home Care Staffing Coordinator
.

In this role, you will provide direct patient care in clients' residences
, including

• personal hygiene assistance,
• transfers and mobility support,
• basic nursing care and prescribed exercises,
• meal preparation considering dietary needs,
• companionship and activity engagement,

and

• light housekeeping.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, reporting changes in patient conditions, and adhering to the Plan of Care
. You must demonstrate dependability, adaptability, and ensure patient confidentiality and safety
.

Qualifications include

• current DFS certification,
• preferably a high school diploma or GED,
• effective communication skills,

and the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs.

Physical demands involve providing care in varied home environments, with travel within a designated area.
