American Traveler is hiring a Women's Services RN for a Labor & Delivery/Antepartum unit requiring 2+ years of experience with charge experience and multiple specialty certifications.

• Acute care hospital setting in the Women's Services/Birthing Place department
• Unit includes 3 LDR beds, 4 Triage beds, 2 Antepartum beds, and 10 Postpartum/Gyn/Peds beds
• Patient population includes maternal, newborn, adult, geriatric, and pediatric patients
• Cares for Labor & Delivery, Mother/Baby, Peds, and Gyn patients
• Patient ratios based on acuity
• Uses Philips fetal monitors with OB Trace Vue and Medi Tech EHR
• 12-hour night shifts from 7pm-7am
• Every third weekend required
• No on‑call requirements
• Floating required

• Active RN license valid in North Carolina (NC or compact)
• Current certifications required: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP, STABLE, and AWHONN Fetal Monitoring
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required, including charge experience
• 3 years of experience with charge experience preferred
• Labor & Delivery, Mother/Baby, Peds, and Gyn experience required
• Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration
• Active Nursys license verification required at time of consideration

• Provide direct patient care across Labor & Delivery, Antepartum, Postpartum, and Gyn/Peds units
• Follow standard HR professional dress code policy with no specific scrub color requirement
• Candidates must reside 60 miles or greater from the facility to qualify for travel rate
• Local candidates within 60 miles may be considered at a reduced local rate
• Cannot have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the past 12 months
• Cannot be employed elsewhere full-time while on assignment
