Responsibilities
- Support people to achieve personal dreams and goals
- Assist in developing relationships in the community
- Help individuals participate fully in community activities
- Protect and promote the rights of each person receiving services
- Provide support for emotional, physical, and medical needs
- Implement individual's plan and document as required
- Assist in daily operations of home and personal care needs
- High School Diploma (Required)
- Valid Driver's License (USA)
- Experience working with children or adults with a mental health diagnosis, an intellectual/developmental disability, or substance use disorder (Not Required)
Demonstrates the ability to support individuals in achieving personal goals while promoting their rights and well-being. Skilled in developing community relationships and providing comprehensive emotional, physical, and medical support.
