PCA Caregiver Sherrills Ford, NC , Night & Weekend Shifts

SYNERGY Home Care in Conover is hiring Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) in Newton and surrounding areas.

We are looking for dependable, compassionate caregivers who have consistent availability and are ready to provide quality one-on-one care in our clients' homes.

We are specifically looking for caregivers who can consistently work one or more of the following:

• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• Weekend shifts

• PRN / fill-in availability

Responsibilities may include:

• Personal care and assistance with ADLs

• Bathing, dressing and grooming assistance

• Mobility and walking assistance

• Meal preparation

• Light housekeeping

• Medication reminders

• Companionship

• Transportation and errands when authorized

• Following the client's individualized Care Plan

• Criminal background check

• Drug screening

• Verification of required employment credentials and documentation

Applicants must successfully complete all required screening requirements before being cleared for client assignments.
