Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Join Our Team at Alight Behavioral Therapy!

At Alight Behavioral Therapy, we provide personalized, in-home ABA therapy and autism evaluations, all designed to help children on the autism spectrum reach their full potential. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a critical role in assisting our team of experienced therapists in delivering high-quality services to our clients.

• Collaborate with our team of therapists
  :
  As an RBT, you will work closely with our experienced and licensed therapists to implement ABA therapy plans and provide support to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disorders.
• Administer and record data
  :
  Responsible for collecting and recording data on client progress, behavior, and treatment effectiveness, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
• Implement behavioral plans
  :
  Assist in the implementation of behavioral plans, including Ivy House Program, and provide ongoing support to clients and families.
• Communicate with families
  :
  Develop strong relationships with clients and families, providing regular updates on treatment progress and addressing concerns or questions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  :
  Ensure a safe and organized workspace, adhering to infection control protocols and maintaining a clean and tidy environment.
