- Full Or Part Time

The Occupational Therapist provides high-quality, evidence-based clinical services to residents. You will be a member of the resident's recovery team and work closely with the Recovery Coordinator, Clinical Director, Psychiatrist, Nursing Department, and Residential team to ensure a whole-person, integrative care. The position is a core member of the Farm Autism Program Staff and involved in program development, on-going assessment, and service delivery.

Location:

Mill Spring, NC

Schedule:

• Full-time: 30 hours per week

Or

• Part-time: 24 hours per week

Pay:

• Starting at $32.50 per hour and increases based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Works from a relationship-oriented and strength-based approach utilizing evidence-based modalities
• Works alongside the integrative recovery team with the development and implementation of an individualized Seven Domains Recovery Plan: psychological, spiritual, relational, addiction, vocational, and familial challenges
• Provides individual sessions with residents or community members by referral
• Creates curriculum, implements, facilitates, and documents occupational therapy groups
• Completes appropriate assessments
• Provides occupational therapy consultation and training to staff

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and current NC license
• At least 2 years of experience providing Occupational Therapy
• Experience working with adults who are coping with mental health challenges
