Job Summary

Alight Behavioral Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Riegelwood, North Carolina. As an RBT with our organization, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children on the autism spectrum. Responsibilities
  • Deliver in-home ABA therapy sessions to children with autism, utilizing evidence-based techniques and strategies
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with Clinical Supervisors and other multidisciplinary team members
  • Collect and record data on client progress, identifying areas of improvement and celebrating successes
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of client sessions, reports, and progress
  • Collaborate with families and caregivers to establish consistent and effective strategies for implementing ABA techniques in the home environment
  • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and network with colleagues
