Position Title

Qualified Professional (QP) / Behavioral Health / CST – Regular

Pay: $22–$24 per hour (based on education and experience).

Schedule:

40 hours per week, flexible to meet the needs of clients.

• Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field (e.g., Social Service, Sociology, Psychology) and≥2years full‑time experience with the population served.
• Bachelor's degree in a non‑Human Services fieldand≥4years full‑time experience with the population served.
• Master’s degree or higherand≥1year full‑time experience with the population served.
• License, provisional license, certificate, registration, or permit issued by the governing board regulating human service professions.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Provide support to individuals with mental health and/or substance use issues in home, school, workplace, and community settings, following the service definition.
• Assist individuals in living independently with strength‑based interventions that promote recovery, symptom reduction, increased coping skills, and the highest quality of life.
• Facilitate relationships and act as a liaison among individuals served, the company, family, guardians, local agencies, and the community.
• Minimize negative effects of psychiatric symptoms or substance dependence that interfere with daily living and personal development, providing supportive counseling.
• Support clients in developing skill‑building activities: daily and community living skills, socialization skills, adaptation skills, behavior and anger management.
• Perform case‑management functions of linking and arranging services and referrals.
• Work closely with other clinical/professional staff to maintain communication, provide feedback, standardize procedures, and expedite service implementation.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Background check (criminal record, OIG exclusions, Child Abuse Registry, Offenders Against Individuals with Developmental Disabilities).
• Drug testing.
• Education verification and other credentialing based on position requirements.
• Proof of employment history or references (if required).
• For positions requiring driving: proof of driver's license, insurance, and vehicle (if required for transportation).
