Board Certified Behavior Analyst; BCBA) School-Based

We are currently seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for professionals looking to advance their careers in a supportive and collaborative  services are required, with flexible scheduling options available, including daytime, afternoon, and evening hours in both school and home-based settings.

Duties:

• Provide initial and/or continuing in-home client (re) assessments including ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, Vineland and AFLS
• Conduct functional Behavior Assessments
• Develop and create programs for each individual under your caseload
• Train and supervise Behavior Technicians in the delivery of 1:1 ABA services
• Plan, manage, and evaluate assigned staff in order to properly address behavioral excesses and deficits by building functional skill repertoires
• Provide ABA training for families in correlation with Authorization Requirements
• Manage electronic data regarding the client's progress using the system of Rethink Behavioral Health

BCBA

Job Requirements:

• Must hold an active Board Certified Behavioral Analysis Certificate within the United States
• Master's Degree
• 1+ years of experience
• 8 Hour Supervision Certificate preferred
