Alpha Management Services, Inc is seeking compassionate and reliable Paraprofessionals / Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide Community Living and Supports (CLS) services to individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD). This role focuses on supporting individuals in the home and community to build independence, improve daily living skills, and enhance overall quality of life.

The consumer is a 5 year old male who needs respite services periodically to give his primary care provider breaks.

• Provide supervision and care in the home and/or community setting
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) (e.g., hygiene, dressing, meals as needed)
• Ensure a safe, structured, and supportive environment
• Engage individuals in recreational and social activities
• Follow the Individual Support Plan (ISP) and caregiver instructions
• Monitor for health, safety, and behavioral concerns and report as needed
• Maintain professional boundaries while working in the home
• Complete accurate and timely documentation (service notes)
• Communicate effectively with families and supervisors

• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if required for position)
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening CPR/FA and NCI (on-site training available)
